October is our POCA cooperative membership drive! What is POCA? The People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture is a cooperative formed of acupuncturists, clinics, community, and patients to support and promote the availability of affordable acupuncture in a group setting. It has been an invaluable resource to CCA from the start, and continues to help us grow, be successful, and have fun doing it.
Annual dues are a sliding scale from $25 to 100/year.
Joining POCA funds micro loans to open community acupuncture clinics in places that have a distinct lack. Wouldn't it be great to be able to refer your friends and family to get affordable healthcare with acupuncture? Member benifits include:
Free Birthday Treatment
3 Free First Treatment Cards
Volunteer oporotunities at CCA
5 for $65 treatment packages, on sale in November
Go NOW and become a member: https://www.pocacoop.com/membership/join-patientcom/. Be sure to note Chico Community Acupuncture as your home clinic. Need help? Come into the clinic, and we can sign you up on the spot.
Chico Community Acupuncture practices acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (including acupuncture and
herbs) in a community setting. This means that you will be treated while relaxing in a recliner, in a room with other people who are also receiving acupuncture.
We charge a $15-35 sliding scale per treatment. You decide what you can afford, we don’t ask for any explanation.
There is a $10 initial patient fee for your first visit. We do this because it often takes more than one treatment to achieve your health goals, and we want you to be able to come in often enough to get excellent results.
We regularly see results for:
- Back Pain
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Digestive Upset
- Colds and Flus
- Carpel Tunnel
- Chronic Pain
- And many more common and uncommon conditons
Please come and see for yourself what acupuncture can do for you.
Chico Community Acupuncture is dedicated to promoting careers as community acupuncturists. Contact us if you are interested in learning more.
